Catherine Mooney is an Associate Professor in the School of Computer Science at University College Dublin and Vice Principal for Equality, Diversity and Inclusion in the UCD College of Science. Catherine is a vocal advocate for women in computing and has published several papers on the issue of underrepresentation in the field. She has served on the executive committees of Women in Technology and Science (WITS) and UCD Women@STEM and is the founding chair of UCD Women@CompSci.

Dr. Andrew McCartan is a postdoctoral researcher at University College Dublin in the School of Computer Science and the School of Geography. His research interests are in experiences of belonging, queer geographies, theories, and methodologies, and his research to date has focused on examining the mutually constitutive relationship between space, place, sexualities, and genders through activisms and social movements.
